| Over 18's only Only 3 forms of ID are accepted Current Australian Drivers License (International Drivers License NOT accepted) Current passport Proof of Age Card There will be no passouts from Harbour Party NYE Please bring cash (ATM's are available) Entry and exit to the event will be through the Luna Park Face only Please note there is no alcohol allowed on the boardwalk No food or drinks will be permitted to be brought into the event No dangerous items, illicit substances or recording devices are permitted If capacity is reached in an individual venue, entry will be controlled to allow entry to that venue as patrons exit Tickets will not be exchanged, refunded or returned after purchase. The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, seating arrangements and audience capacity The management reserves the right to refuse admission and in such event will not refund admission fee paid It may be a condition of entry to individual events that a search of person or possessions will be required at the time of entry to the venue Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased for other authorized points of sale Risk Warning - Section 5M Civil Liability Act 2002.
