Harbour Party is Over 18's only
In accordance with Liquor Regulations of NSW 2008,
the only acceptable forms of proof of age are:
- Current Australian Drivers License
(International Drivers License NOT accepted)
- Current passport
- RTA Photo Card
There will be no pass outs from Harbour Party NYE 2009.
Entry and exit to the event will be through the Luna Park Face only.
Please note there is no alcohol allowed on the boardwalk.
No food or drinks will be permitted to be brought into the event.
No dangerous items, illicit substances or recording devices are
permitted.
If capacity is reached in an individual venue, entry will be controlled
to allow entry to that venue as patrons exit.
The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or
vary advertised programs.
Please treat your tickets like cash, as tickets are sold on a strict no
refund, no exchange, and no replacement basis. Tickets are refunded
under the relevant NSW laws that protect the venue & ticket
purchaser. A change in your personal plans or circumstances does not
warrant a refund.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission and in such event
will not refund admission fee paid.
It may be a condition of entry to individual events that a search of
person or possessions will be required at the time of entry to the
venue. Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be permitted.
Dangerous items (i.e. chains) will not be permitted inside the venue
and must be cloaked.
Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or
are not purchased for other authorized points of sale.
All ticket prices are inclusive of GST. A transaction fee may also
apply to internet and telephone transactions.
Credit Card purchases can only be made by the cardholder. You will be
issued with a reference number which you will need to quote to collect
your tickets. You will also be required to produce the credit card you
that you booked with, to sign for the tickets.
Tickets are sold on behalf of the organization responsible for
presenting the event and are subject to the conditions applicable to
the event and/or the venue. All claims are the sole responsibility of
that organization.
Risk Warning - Section 5M Civil Liability Act 2002. Attendance at the
event for which a ticket is sold is a recreational activity and there
are risks of injury in attending. By attending you accept these risks
and will not make any claim if you are injured.
