- There will be no pass outs from Harbour Party NYE 2009
- Entry and exit to the event will be through the Luna Park Face only
- Please note there is no alcohol allowed on the boardwalk
- No food or drinks will be permitted to be brought into the event
- No dangerous items, illicit substances or recording devices are permitted
- If capacity is reached in an individual venue, entry will be controlled to allow entry to that venue as patrons exit
