- There will be no pass outs from Harbour Party NYE 2009
- Entry and exit to the event will be through the Luna Park

- No food or drinks will be permitted to be brought into the

- If capacity is reached in an individual venue, entry will
be controlled to allow entry to that venue as patrons exit
